My favourite techonogical device

HISTORY: Early predecessors of cellular phones included radio communications from ships and trains. The race to create truly portable telephone devices began after World War II, with developments taking place in many countries. The advances in mobile telephony have been traced in successive generations from the early "0G" services like the Bell System's - Mobile Telephone Service and its successor, Improved Mobile Telephone Service. These '0G' systems were not cellular and could support few calls, and were very expensive. The first handheld mobile cell phone was demonstrated by Motorola in 1973. The first commercial automated cellular network was launched in Japan by NTT in 1979. In 1981, this was followed by the simultaneous launch of the Nordic Mobile Telephone (NMT) system in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.[8] Several other countries then followed in the early to mid-1980s. These '1G' systems could support far more calls but still used analog technology. In 1991, the second generation (2G) digital cellular technology was launched in Finland by Radiolinja on the GSM standard, which sparked competition in the sector as the new operators challenged the incumbent 1G network operators. Ten years later, in 2001, the third generation (3G) was launched in Japan by NTT DoCoMo on the WCDMA standard.[9] This was followed by 3.5G, 3G+ or turbo 3G enhancements based on the high-speed packet access (HSPA) family, allowing UMTS networks to have higher data transfer speeds and capacity. By 2009, it had become clear that, at some point, 3G networks would be overwhelmed by the growth of bandwidth-intensive applications like streaming media.[10] Consequently, the industry began looking to data-optimized 4th-generation technologies, with the promise of speed improvements up to 10-fold over existing 3G technologies. The first two commercially available technologies billed as 4G were the WiMAX standard (offered in the U.S. by Sprint) and the LTE standard, first offered in Scandinavia by TeliaSonera.

paranormal activity

DEFINITION: It is called paranormal when there are events which are unusual; the name used refers to phenomena that occur as the psychological, physical and biological. After being studied cannor be explained by the causes and processes of the laws of physical established by science. So parapsycological phenomena point to the operation of factors usually unknown or unrecognized by science, wich we usually refer as paranormal factors. In some paranormal events we found spiritis or souls that to shows that they are still among the living, make an appearance visible or produce sounds, smells or move objets. These phenomena are studied by parapsychology. Resulting inexplicable established asciences in necessary to consider a phenomenos as "paranormal", such affects must also have its own characteristics that distinguish them and depart from natural phenomena. TYPES:Populary known different types of paranormal activity events. there are two groups. in the first group are those who have ability to abtain information about a "parallel world", such as telepathy. In the second group consider those events thar have phsysical effects. In the these paranormal events observed motion. Unknown physical effects cause detected movements of objets without any visible force, appearance of different sound, etc. Some words are pupulary used witchcraft, spiritism, ghosts and satanism; people associated with the paranormal. SPIRITS: When we speak of spirits usually refer to something which would be a lost soul, it has not been out of this world. GHOSTS: Ghosts are lost souls of dead humans. Ghosts are noticeably taking a visible appearance, making sounds or smells or moving objects. They frequent places of his past. SATANISM: Satanism is a reverence and admiration for the devil. They practice different rituals characteristic to this belief. WITCHCRAFT: is associated with witches. Witches use magic to activities. These activities have evil ends. THEN WE'LL SOME ARGUMENTS THAT EXPLAIN OUR REJECTION TO THE EXISTENCE OF PARANORMAL ACTIVITY: ARGUMENTS AGAINST: - The truth is that most of us have no record that these things happen. There is a small group of people who affirm the existence of the paranormal or have the ability to appreciate it. - Most wonder why some people do astral travel, see ghosts, read the future or have paranormal powers while other humans have no skills. It is also curious that these phenomena happen only in people who believe in them. -Trust in paranormal powers, beings from another world or hidden energies always existed in human history. Over time many reasons appear to justify these events. The fear of death or thinking we can be alone in the universe are some of the causes for something beyond the real world. - We need to understand and to explain the real world are other reasons. Early humans could not understand why natural disasters occurred, for example, and interpreted it as a punishment from the gods. When wanting to know is separated from mythological explanations begin to find rational explanations for all these phenomena. -Many scientists who have investigated the claims of the paranormal for a long time never found evidence to support these paranormal events. Not that science can not explain, is that even their existence is found. In the variety of paranormal evidence is not surprising that there are also a good percentage that are the result of a physical or chemical phenomena can be explained consistenly by means of ligical reasoning, it is cammon for people to interpret what considering unexplained paranormal phenomena, because it is much more attractive and gives a categoiry that not everyone has. but the truth is that many people are scared of the facts are difficult to understand without caring to know the natural causes and lives in constant fear of anything related to death. It is very common when you star to ivestigate paranormal encounter fraud, illusions that people have and many facts that can be fully demonstrated normal causes and not necessarilly metaphysical. Refraction of light, chemical reactions, usually invisible gases which can cause many effects, mental illusions, wind, etc. Then I'll show you a photo was something supernatural believed it was found that it is not: in the picture shows the capture of a japanese video disseminated and posted on you tube, where the reflection of the girls moves independently. The analysis proved to be a degital setup by the difference in the resolution of the image in the mirror.
MY OPINION:I believe that this phenomenon of "paranormal activity" is simply imagination of each trauma or things they did throughout your life!. They hold both that there is this phenomenon that end up believing that it is true and they see things that can not be real.

Domestic violence

Domestic violence, also known as domestic abuse, spousal abuse, battering, family violence, dating abuse, and intimate partner violence (IPV), is a pattern of behavior which involves the abuse by one partner against another in an intimate relationship such as marriage, cohabitation, dating or within the family. Domestic violence can take many forms, including physical aggression or assault (hitting, kicking, biting, shoving, restraining, slapping, throwing objects, battery), or threats thereof; sexual abuse; emotional abuse; controlling or domineering; intimidation; stalking; passive/covert abuse (e.g., neglect); and economic deprivation. Alcohol consumption and mental illness can be co-morbid with abuse, and present additional challenges in eliminating domestic violence. Awareness, perception, definition and documentation of domestic violence differs widely from country to country, and from era to era.

He is a rebellious girl, impulsive, unconscious appetite for risk and danger, locked in endless fights and illegal racing bikes, the limits of common sense. REVIEW:Three meters above the sky seems a super romantic film, I found that showed that we should not be guided by the appearances of people, because they can be appearance but we do not like but are very good. You have to fight for the person you really want, if the other person feels the same. And we must not be afraid to excel, provided it is for good.

Eating Disorders

Eating disorders are conditions defined by abnormal eating habits that may involve either insufficient or excessive food intake to the detriment of an individual's physical and mental health. Bulimia nervosa and anorexia nervosa are the most common specific forms in the United Kingdom.[1] Other types of eating disorders include binge eating disorder and eating disorder not otherwise specified. Bulimia nervosa is a disorder characterized by binge eating and purging. Purging can include self-induce vomiting, over-exercising, and the usage of diuretics, enemas, and laxatives. Anorexia nervosa is characterized by extreme food restriction to the point of self-starvation and excessive weight loss.[2] Though primarily thought of as affecting females (an estimated 5–10 million being affected in the UK), eating disorders affect males as well. An estimated 10 – 15% of people with eating disorders are males (Gorgan, 1999). (an estimated 1 million UK males being affected).[3][4][5] Although eating disorders are increasing all over the world among both men and women, there is evidence to suggest that it is women in the Western world who are at the highest risk of developing them and the degree of westernization increases the risk.[6] Nearly half of all Americans personally know someone with an eating disorder. The skill to comprehend the central processes of appetite has increased tremendously since leptin was discovered, and the skill to observe the functions of the brain as well.[7] Interactions between motivational, homeostatic and self-regulatory control processes are involved in eating behaviour, which is a key component in eating disorders.[8]

netiquette

It wasn't until I became a blogger with my site IMBL that I really ever thought about the 10 best rules of netiquette before. Netiquette is exactly what it sounds like - etiquette for the internet. Good internet etiquette (netiquette) is all about being courteous to others online to make the internet a fun experience for everyone. Here are the 10 Best Rules of Netiquette 1.The Golden Rule: Treat others as you would like to be treated. This rule is an oldie but a goodie and can get you through just about any situation, online or off! 2. No "Flaming": Flaming is a form of verbal abuse when you intentionally attack or disrespect somebody for whatever reason. Maybe you didn't agree with something they said, but there's a nice way to share a different point of view without name calling or attacking someone. Harassing or insulting someone will not likely help you gain many online friends! 3. Respect Others' Copyrights: There are wonderful things online, information for everyone on just about any topic! However, these things have copyrights and licenses. Copying the works of someone else without permission or saying it is your own will not only ruin your online reputation, but could land you with hefty fines and lawsuits! 4. DON'T TYPE IN ALL CAPS: It hurts our eyes. It makes people think you are shouting at them. It's okay to type in caps to accentuate a word or two, but please don't do it all the time everywhere you go. 5. Don't Spam: As a blog owner, I get hundreds of spam messages each day. Most of them aren't even legible, with things like "kjhgsawu" typed in the comments and links to sites with adult or inappropriate content. I don't appreciate it! Some spammers are getting really sneaky, as they use the same generic post over and over again like "I really like your blog" - if you own multiple blogs like I do though you can quickly identify these types of spammers! There's a fine line between spam and self-promotion, do it very carefully! 6. Be Honest: Faking website statistics, pretending to be someone else, or trying to cheat people online will not only hurt your reputation but can land you in a lot of hot water. You know the line honesty is the best policy, it's also one of the 10 best rules for netiquette. 7. Use Proper Grammar & Spelling: If u rite liek this lol ppl might start 2 get mad lol. :) We understand spelling isn't always easy and typos and basic spelling mistakes will happen. But if it's distracting from your message, it can be annoying. Using a browser such as Firefox 3 with built in spell check can be a life saver for bad spellers! Be careful not to use too much web jargon, seeing lol used more than twice in a sentence or two is probably unnecessary and does not promote good internet etiquette. 8. Follow the TOS: Most sites have a terms of service policy that also lists rules of netiquette. Read it and abide by it! I am constantly reading discussions on MyLot about people who have had discussions deleted because what they posted did not meet the terms of the website. 9. Keep it PG-13: I never write or say anything I wouldn't let my kids read. It can really come back to haunt you if you write something that's not appropriate - as a blog owner, it could mean trouble with Google if you use them for adwords or like to be ranked in search engines since they seem to penalize swearing/adult content sites. 10. Research Your Facts/Cite Sources: I can't tell you how many times I read something (often politically related) that is not even close to the truth. There is so much information out there online, it can be very difficult to distinguish what is true and not true. Before posting something, forwarding emails, or going off on a tangent, make sure it is factual and cite sources if possible to boost your credibility. Not only will this help keep down on the hoaxes and insanity floating around online, but it can help make you build a solid reputation online. This list of 10 Best Rules of Netiquette will help not only you but others have a much more enjoyable online experience. Have any other tips to add to the 10 best rules of netiquette and good online etiquette? Share it in the comments below. 6)-What are the consequences of stealing the identity of another person?

bulimia

We've all been there: turning to food when feeling lonely, bored, or stressed. But with bulimia, overeating is more like a compulsion. And instead of eating sensibly to make up for it, you punish yourself by purging, fasting, or exercising to get rid of the calories. This vicious cycle of binging and purging takes a toll on your body and emotional well-being. But the cycle can be broken. Treatment can help you develop a healthier relationship with food and overcome feelings of anxiety, guilt, and shame. In This Article: What is bulimia? The binge and purge cycle Signs and symptoms of bulimia Effects of bulimia Bulimia causes and risk factors Getting help for bulimia Bulimia treatment and therapy Helping a person with bulimia Print this! Normal Text SizeLarger Text SizeLargest Text Size What is bulimia? Bulimia nervosa is an eating disorder characterized by frequent episodes of binge eating, followed by frantic efforts to avoid gaining weight. It affects women and men of all ages. When you’re struggling with bulimia, life is a constant battle between the desire to lose weight or stay thin and the overwhelming compulsion to binge eat. You don’t want to binge—you know you’ll feel guilty and ashamed afterwards—but time and again you give in. During an average binge, you may consume from 3,000 to 5,000 calories in one short hour. After it ends, panic sets in and you turn to drastic measures to “undo” the binge, such as taking ex-lax, inducing vomiting, or going for a ten-mile run. And all the while, you feel increasingly out of control. It’s important to note that bulimia doesn’t necessarily involve purging—physically eliminating the food from your body by throwing up or using laxatives, enemas, or diuretics. If you make up for your binges by fasting, exercising to excess, or going on crash diets, this also qualifies as bulimia. The binge and purge cycle Binge and Purge Cycle Dieting triggers bulimia’s destructive cycle of binging and purging. The irony is that the more strict and rigid the diet, the more likely it is that you’ll become preoccupied, even obsessed, with food. When you starve yourself, your body responds with powerful cravings—its way of asking for needed nutrition. As the tension, hunger, and feelings of deprivation build, the compulsion to eat becomes too powerful to resist: a “forbidden” food is eaten; a dietary rule is broken. With an all-or-nothing mindset, you feel any diet slip-up is a total failure. After having a bite of ice cream, you might think, “I’ve already blown It, so I might as well go all out.” Unfortunately, the relief that binging brings is extremely short-lived. Soon after, guilt and self-loathing set in. And so you purge to make up for binging and regain control. Unfortunately, purging only reinforces binge eating. Though you may tell yourself, as you launch into a new diet, that this is the last time, in the back of your mind there’s a voice telling you that you can always throw up or use laxatives if you lose control again. What you may not realize is that purging doesn’t come close to wiping the slate clean after a binge.
